ESCHENBACH OPTIK 画像データの利用規約
以下の利用規約は、ESCHENBACH OPTIK の画像素材のあらゆる使用に適用されます。これは、インターネット接続を通じて閲覧またはダウンロードできる画像素材、ならびに当社のカタログ、チラシ、パンフレット、その他の印刷物に含まれるすべての画像素材に適用されます。
本利用規約は、この画像素材の利用者およびESCHENBACH OPTIK の権利と義務を規定するものです。

1.　ESCHENBACH OPTIK が提供するすべての画像素材（写真および画像データ）は著作権で保護されており、必要に応じて肖像権によって保護されています。それぞれの権利は、写真および画像データの作成者（写真家）が保有し、場合によってはモデルや第三者が保有します。ESCHENBACH OPTIK は、これらの写真および画像データの使用権を取得するために契約を締結しており、使用期間、地理的位置、内容に関して一定の制限が設けられています。これらの画像のすべてのユーザーは、使用に関する制限を遵守する義務があり、ユーザーが使用権を侵害した場合でも、作成者および／または権利者の権利をESCHENBACH OPTIK に負わせないものとします。
2.　ユーザーが定める一般利用規約と異なる条件に、当社はここに明示的に異議を唱えます。この条件を正しく認識せずに画像素材を使用することは許可されません。
3.　発売済みで変更されていないメガネの写真および画像データの公開は、無料で許可されます。ただし、これらの画像の使用は、著作権表示（© ESCHENBACH OPTIK GmbH）を付記することを条件として許可されます。
4.　ユーザーは、ESCHENBACH OPTIK のメガネおよび／またはフレーム、拡大鏡、視覚補助具、双眼鏡、気象計器の広告、イラスト、販売にのみ、正規販売店の通常の業務の範囲内で画像データを使用できます。ライフスタイルおよびモデル画像の使用には、追加の使用制限が適用されます。
ライフスタイル画像素材（モデル付き）の使用は、関連するブランド（ブランドロゴ）と組み合わせて、関連する最新の企業イメージの範囲内で、変更を加えずにのみ許可されます。ライフスタイルおよびモデル画像の使用権には、以下の期限があります。

As a content provider pursuant to § 7 Subsection 1 of the German Telemedia Act (TMG), Eschenbach Optik GmbH is responsible for its own contents. This website has been created using the utmost care and all text is continually checked and updated. Nonetheless, information provided as well as the facts on which they are based may have changed in the course of time. Due to these reasons, no liability whatsoever can be accepted for the currentness, correctness, completeness or quality of the information provided.

This also applies to linked websites ("external links"). The responsibility for the contents and design of linked websites rests with their originator/site operator. No infringements of the law were evident to us at the time the external links were placed. The provider has no influence over the current or future design or content of linked websites. A continuous monitoring of the linked contents is unreasonable without specific indications of an infringement of the law.
